The Release Candidate of new version Citeck EcoS based on Alfresco 5.1 released. Current release got a number 3.1 for the Enterprise version and a number 3.1.a for Community version. The main task for developers was to provide a compatible all Citeck EcoS functionality with Alfresco 5.1.

We had recently released “Release Candidate” of the new version “Citeck EcoS”. A few weeks later we are ready to present “Citeck EcoS 3.0.1 early access release”. We also happy to inform you that we are at intensive work upon the migration to the 5th version Alfresco. We would like to remind that new version includes the following improvements:

Version Сiteck EcoS Community 3.0.с :

• Journals work is optimized;
• System work speed is optimized;
• Mobile version is improved;
• Functional of delegation and substitution is improved (the possibility to appoint the assistants, the response for automatic answering);
• Tabs for document edit form;
• New template for location of elements across the entire width of the page;
• Notifications of case and document changes;
• Notifications of changes in the document history;
• Filter work is improved (it concerns new components and speed);
• Drafts creation (saving with no checking required fields);
• Separate dashlet with a barcode for document card.

Citeck EcoS Community can also be downloaded from this document attributes;

• Authorization matrix for roles in the document;
• Authorization scale for choosing the document signer is added;
• EDS CryptoPro is improved;
• Integration with Dia doc Service;
• Import /export of case templates;
• Import/ export of business requirements in the case;

• Creation of simple type task within a short time;
• Possibility to add another agent for the document approving;
• Possibility to set dynamic roles in the case;
• Support of cluster configuration is optimized.

The year 2017 began with the latest release of Citeck Ecos software. Citeck Ecos is a system for managing business processes, cases and corporate content on the Alfresco platform. The new version of Citeck EcoS Enterprise realeased. Citeck EcoS is a solution for managing corporate content, cases and business-processes.  In new version we mainly focused on two global  improvements:

1. We developed functionality of import and export cases in accordance with CMMN ver. 1.1.
2. We improved the life cycle editor.

Citeck Company released major version of Citeck EcoS. In new version we took into account many of the comments, made a number of improvements in the existing features, also we expanded the functionality of the system. The new features of Citeck EcoS:

• Added the ability to create logical document types using administrator tools via web interface;
• Added the ability to generate invoices and closing documents using templates;
• Improved form on invariants with autocompletion for document creation. For developers, it greatly simplifies and makes more rapid creation of new forms, in contrast with the standard tools of Alfresco.
• Added site for storage of files with common documents type – EcoS.
