Goals and tasks:

• Automation of the contract and tender activities;
• Creating the electronic archive for the construction documentation;
• Scanning and recognition of the documents using Ephesoft software;
• Access to the documents through the web-interface and local disc;
• Integration with Galaxy IS.

Implementation results:

• 100 users;
• 17 000 contractors;
• 600 workflows per month;
• 100-400 pages of the construction document.
