Document journals

Journals that allow to group documents by their similar subjects are implemented for the user's easy navigation through lists of documents in the Citeck EcoS system interface.

There could be any number of these journals, for example, the individual journal for each department or project, the journals of organizational and executive documentation and correspondence for the secretaries, the journal of mandates and contracts for the lawyers, etc.

 

Journals are presented in tabular form with an option to customize the columns, which use the same attributes as a document card.

Citeck EcoS system has the function to:

  • create an unlimited number of journals;
  • customize and save individual settings of the journal for each user;
  • sort displayed journal data in a predetermined order;
  • generate reports upon specified journal forms;
  • regulate the journal data handling according to the predetermined permissions and roles of the system users;
  • use advanced search and filtering on any field of the document card;
  • download journal data in HTML, PDF, and Excel formats.
