A standard implementation of business processes management system involves a collaboration of a business analyst designing a process in BPMN notation (Business Process Modelling Notation) and a developer performing the technical part of a solution. It should be pointed out that the developer continues his work with the business process in the system, designed by the analyst, not with the technical specification that is normally out-of-date as soon as it is signed.
